WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Items must have all tags attached.

  • Beauty products, accessories, and drinking cups cannot be returned.

  • Any returns must be made at your own cost however

  • Revitalized Hope LLC does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  • You must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund just in case your order is lost on its way back to Revitalized Hope LLC.

  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

  • Sale items and products purchased during promotions are subject to final sale and are not eligible for returns.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your item(s), please send your item(s) back to our office. To process a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Please return items in their original packaging. 

  • Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Look to follow directions on your package slip/receipt regarding returns for shipping address and details. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a Revitalized Hope LLC E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase/service. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away.

 

CAN YOU EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice, or receive a refund in the form of the E-Gift Card. To return an item please follow the steps stated in “HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM.”

We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. Due to COVID-19, our current processing times are 7 to 10 business days (and orders placed after 2PM EST are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Orders typically deliver within 3 to 6 business days from when we ship your order, depending on your chosen shipping method.
